By booking your entertainment you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
You and your guests must be over the age of 18 to make a booking and hire our entertainers. We will not provide X-rated performances at any functions where minors are present. Bad Boys Live is not liable for any loss or damages to individuals and personal property. Bad Boys Live wishes to advise you that shows are often very interactive and involve crowd participation. Bad Boys Live encourages a safe environment for all attendees on the night at all times, and we do understand that unexpected accidents can happen under unfortunate circumstances. We are not liable for any accident or any injured male/female on the night. Bad Boys Live strip shows will contain some nudity which may be offensive to some patrons. We pride ourselves on successfully contributing to memorable events; however, we must first and foremost ensure a safe work environment for our guys. You may not touch our staff inappropriately. You may not be obscene or insult the entertainer in any way, and if this is breached the entertainer may give a first and final warning, or, immediately stop their entertainment/performance and leave the function. If an entertainer feels unsafe or receives any kind of abusive behaviour they can leave at any stage without explanation. If our stripper does not wish to be filmed or photographed during any stage of their show, under no circumstance may a client do otherwise. If our entertainers have consented to recordings: If Bad Boys Live entertainers are video recorded or photographed by anyone in attendance of an event (licensed venue, event appearance, guest appearances, house party, open function) we have been assigned to entertain at, Bad Boys Live are permitted to also obtain the footage for company use. Our strippers may allow guided touching during shows i.e. thighs, buttocks, breasts/chest, or private parts. This choice is up to the individual entertainer and you may only touch the areas the stripper directs you to touch during the entertainment. Strippers can offer clients “extras” (extra entertainment) on the night with fees applicable. Extras can include private or public lap dance performances with a patron, where guided touching and nudity is permitted. You may be required to provide a room for the entertainer to change into their costume upon arrival. By hosting your entertainer, their personal belongings must be kept safe whilst at your function. Any stolen goods will be documented, reported to police, and potential charges pressed if belongings are not returned or failure to reimburse. You are required to pay your entertainer in cash when they arrive. Please note, performers are highly booked out on weekends so the time you book will always be approximate. Although our strippers exercise their best efforts to follow strict time schedules, please allow for a 30-60 minute leeway for your booking as uncontrollable circumstances such as multiple bookings and traffic delays can hinder an entertainer’s punctuality.
Bad Boys Live aim to consistently provide quality entertainment to our customers. Please advise your booking agent if you have any issues with the above, so we can deal with them accordingly.
Refund policy
If you decide to cancel your booking for any reason after paying your deposit, you will forfeit your deposit. However, if we need to cancel your booking for any reason you will receive a full refund of your deposit. All of our guys are independent contractors and as such Bad Boys Live cannot be held responsible if your entertainer does not show. In the extremely unlikely event that your entertainer cannot attend your function due to an unforeseen and unavoidable circumstance that results in Bad Boys Live being unable to provide a replacement at short notice, you will be entitled to a full refund of your deposit.
All money back claims must be made in writing no more than 72 hours after a booking has been completed. All claims will be put through a dispute resolution process which may take up to 4 weeks to resolve.
Strictly no refunds on any deposit due to COVID-19 restrictions as they are out of our measures.
If the entertainer tries to contact you on the day of the event but you have provided the wrong mobile number or wrong address, the entertainer has the right to not complete the job and there will be strictly no refund on the deposit.
